If a student misses a class, parents can coordinate with the teacher to reschedule or receive a summary of the lesson.

Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance. We respect our teachers' time as much as we respect your time. If a cancellation is made before the 48-hour window, the session can be rescheduled based on both the student’s and teacher’s availability.

However, cancellations made within 24 hours will be considered "Insufficient Cancellation." In this case, the session will be counted as done, and our teachers will still be compensated for their time.
